Delivery and Shipping
All ordered product(s) will be shipped after your payment has been confirmed by
our bank.
We will ship out the goods to you within 1 working day after payment received.
ec-BUY.com currently uses express shipment only (UPS Express). For alternative
shipping methods, please contact our sales department.
If your item(s) is not available from our international warehouses, your order
will fall into a back order status. If in such an event, we will notify you
right away. You will be given an option to either wait until the product is
available or have a full refund. ec-BUY also offers pre-release items. The
status on these orders will automatically default to back order. In this case,
the items will be shipped when they become available.
In the occurrence that an incorrect address has been provided to ec-BUY.com, we
reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
Orders with a different shipping address
For your protection and security purpose, ec-BUY.com will verify all account
information, including card number, account holder's name, phone number,
billing address, and shipping address, with your financial institution. You are
advised to contact your financial institution by phone and add your shipping
address as an alternate address to your records before ordering. If the account
information cannot be verified, we reserve the right to decline the order, and
such case is considered as an order cancellation.
ec-BUY.com will not be subjected to any liabilities on the shipments of the
products. Once the ordered product(s) has been transferred to the courier
service, ec-BUY.com will not be held accountable for any losses or damages.
Wrong Addresses: Incorrect shipping information may result in the product NOT
being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped products due to
incorrect address information is the buyer.s responsibility. Therefore, please

Insurance
Insurance are included in all express shipping. The value of the coverage is
based on the total declared value of the shipment and the courier's maximum
coverage.

Order Cancellation
For any order cancellation, there will be a 5% service charge applied.
Return & Refund Policy
All products purchased from ec-BUY.com carry a ten (10) days refund policy and a
ten (10) days limited warranty. ec-BUY.com reserves the right to classify and
determine the condition of any product, and deem whether or not such product(s)
are refundable or exchangeable.
All returning products are subject to the approval by ec-BUY.com. Every return
item must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from ec-BUY.com.
Please contact ec-BUY.com to obtain a RMA number. Returned items without an
approved RMA number from us will not be processed. Any shipping and handling
expenses resulted from such returns will be responsible by the buyers.
Refund Policy
The ten (10) days refund policy applies under the following conditions.
From the day the product(s) is delivered, you have a maximum of ten (10) days to
be eligible for a refund. Delivery costs are not included in the refund. A
minimum of 30% restocking fee will be applied.
All products must be returned in their original condition, including but not
limited to the original packaging, manufacturer.s containers, documentation,
user guides and manuals, and all accessories that accompany the product(s).
ec-BUY.com will offer a refund provided that the product(s) is in brand new,
sellable condition, meaning there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on it.
Maximum talk time acceptable on a returning phone is 30 minutes. The product(s)
must also contain all user guides and manuals, chargers, cables, accessories,
and any other items that were originally included with the purchase. All
merchandise is visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear and tear prior
to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits.
If the product is not in acceptable return condition ec-BUY.com will refuse to
accept the return and will not authorize any refunds, exchanges, and/or credits.
Any shipping and handling expenses resulted from such returns will be
responsible by the buyers.
No returns will be accepted after ten (10) calendar days from receipt date.
Limited Warranty Policy
The ten (10) days limited warranty applies under the following conditions.
All products are subject to the ten (10) day limited warranty of repairing or replacing new one.
Intermittent defects on the product(s) will not be covered under our limited
warranty policy. In the event that a replacement or repair is not granted, you
will have to seek your own repair source and is responsible for all the related
cost and expenses.
